5 days a week Wednesday - Sunday

Hours: 8am – 4:30pm

Start Date: January 2019

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for all stores and Bakeries
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the company’s Celebration cake service
  • Assist in dealing with all order enquires over email or via telephone.
  • Provide regular communication with Customer Service function in relation to order availability to ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
  • Dealing with discrepancies/ transport issues internally
  • Creating data reports for Bakeries and Supply team
  • General Admin duties.

Key skills:

  • Understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Organised, computer literate, detail focused with excellent time management skills and able to work in a team or independently
  • Strong Communicator
  • An understanding of Excel and Word
