A creative alternative to a traditional tiered wedding cake. The profiteroles can be filled with any of the following flavoured creams:
- Chantilly (sweetened fresh cream)
- St. Honore
- Dark Chocolate
- Sabayon
The profiteroles are then enrobed in a rich dark Belgian chocolate cream and finally decorated with swirls of white chocolate, dark chocolate or a combination of the two.
