This cake, although unusual in appearance, is an alternative to the Cigarette & Cortina style wedding cake for a less “frilled” effect.

It can be made in dark chocolate, ideal for “winter weddings”. As with most of our wedding cakes there is a wide choice of fillings and a couple of suggestions are: Thin Chocolate roulade sponge layers with Belgian chocolate mousse filling or Vanilla genoise sponge layers laced with a cherry maraschino liqeuere and filled with Crème St. Honore and fresh strawberries.
