Blackforest Kirsch (square)

Two layers of chocolate sponge laced with a kirsch flavoured syrup, set on a short pastry base with raspberry jam, filled with a kirsch flavoured dairy cream and morello cherries , coated with whipped dairy cream and decorated with Belgian chocolate flakes, whipped cream and glacé cherries.
